CBMC Young is an offshoot of CBMC India and the main objective of CBMC Young is to equip and empower, integrate their work and faith, connect with them , listen to their voices, encourage and challenge young Christian Business entrepreneurs and Professionals at the age group of 25-45 years to helps them to grow in their Christian faith and Kingdom values. CBMC Young helps the young professional and business professionals by providing Mentoring and coaching with the help of our CBMC seasoned business and also coach CBMC Young Professionals in Kingdom-cantered leadership and allow a safe place to share struggles, both personally and professional challenges and to pray for their Spiritual growth and to lead a Purpose driven life.

CBMC’s Young Fellowship meeting is a mentoring opportunity whereby Entrepreneurs and Professionals come together to study God’s word, learn Kingdom Business Principles, apply Workplace Strategies , pray for nation and other businesses, and lead a witness life in the marketplace. We are called to be Marketplace Ambassador to seeks to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ and to share the gospel in the marketplace.

After the Covid Pandemic many Business and Professional young leaders are struggling Business Loss and Job Loss, debt, the lack of cash flow, the consequences of poor Work Performance, lack of vision for the future , the drudgery of work, alienation from associates, a lack of career opportunities, incompetent for future work, an ungrateful employer, untrustworthy partners, the fear of failure, too few clients, too few connections, no leads, no referrals, lack of support system etc. Scripture says “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2) . We encourage every Christian professional and Businesses to pursue the highest measure of lasting significance in their calling in Business and Professional life .We encourage to our community and journey with us as we mutually strive to become our utmost for His Highest with the value of working and the power of networking with like-minded young business and Professionals .CBMC young Fellowships regularly conducts weekly breakfast meetings where we discuss series of real life topics that help marketplace men live more abundant, satisfying lives. The fellowships are always welcoming, light hearted and intent on building supportive relationships with each other with a primary focus evangelism and discipleship.

1930 CBMC began its Journey in United States with a small group of Christian businessmen amidst Great Depression. CBMC Small Group members saw the need of spiritual revival in the Chicago where they meet for breakfast meetings every week.This group Spread to other cities in US and the ministry spread throughout the world, The Business and Professional leaders Meet every week for a breakfast Meeting and mediate on the Word of God and also follow CBMC’s -Operation Timothy a time-tested discipleship resource which insists how Paul equip Timothy to empower others and every week Monday Manna as special encouraging 30 mins session on Monday morning. CBMC seeks to train and equip young leaders in doing business in God’s way and to equip them to integrate their work and faith. And this group provides transparency and allow them a safe ecosystem to share struggles both in their personal and professional life. CBMC Young help young leaders to associate with other business and Processionals to prayer for their daily needs and transform Marketplace in their cities through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. CBMC young helps young professional with the age group of 25-45-year-old to equip them with Gospel-cantered Leadership and Mentoring, connect with other seasoned Corporate professionals and Business leaders on kingdom Values and to make them grow in faith.
